Our Journey So Far

Running since 1984	Since our establishment we have been delivering standard quality equipments such as Perfect Converters, Printing PVC Bags, etc. to our consumers at industry leading price ranges.
1988	Our organization started designing 12mm cross-corrugated double edge folded PVC Fill Media.
1994 to 1998	More than 8000 sq. feet of land facilities were set up in Daman. We also expanded our offered range of products by including extruder to the existing list. India's very first natively designed blade type drift eliminator that is CD100 was also introduced by us in these years . Another cross corrugated film media was also introduced by us that is of 19mm length. Gas Authority of India, Guna is upgraded with the drift eliminator, 19mm fills, nozzles etc.
2000-2004	Added a calendering line for in-house manufacturing of PVC sheets as well as a spacious modernized factory along with a fully equipped in-house test laboratory. Designed the boomerang type tube settler media for water/waste-water clarification. Included chevron-shaped tube settler media to the manufacturing stable. Designed and manufactured Fluidized Aeration Bed (FAB) media for treatment of water.
2006-2010	Launched patented process Packaged STP which is based on RBC Technology & installed Injection Moulding Unit along with the production of splash grids. Gained ISO 9001:2000 certification under the guidance of BVQI. Drift eliminators were checked for drift loss performance in accordance to CTI-ATC140 for the first time in India. Moved factory to include 150% more space as compared to the existing unit. Extrusion/calendering line for manufacturing PP sheets was also added . Introduction of double walled Drift Eliminator DrifEl146 for big counterflow cooling towers. Extrusion Capacity 3200 Tons/year and Forming Capacity 3750 Tons/year.
2011 onwards	Came up with fully automated weighing system for compounding. The downstream equipment of the PVC and PP calendering lines was updated to meet commercial requirements. Commercial production as well as installations of uPVC fins and louvers. Introduced cladding Launched high efficiency MBBR media with a surface area of 650 m2/m3.
